Welcome to The Super Feelers Skills Lab: A peer-led space to practice DBT skills, one step at a time.
The Super Feelers Skills Lab is a peer-led online gathering where we take a slow, supportive walk through one DBT skill at a time — not therapy, just real people practicing real tools together.
Each session focuses on a single skill chosen based on what’s coming up in The Super Feelers Club, giving us space to explore it more deeply and try it out in community. This session we'll be talking all about building routines that actually work for us by overcoming barriers that were identified by the group in our first routine building session!
Whether you’re brand new to DBT or just need a tune-up, this space is here to help you build confidence, stay curious, and connect with others who get it and use these skills in their lives.
